Melodic music fills the ear of a girl who hears better than most and that alone is what snaps her fully alert. When she last thought of her own free will, there was a battle raging on around her with no time to think of the simpler things in life like music and friends she'll never see again. There's no familiar warmth of chakra that belonged to another and Kakashi--what happened to him? So many unanswered questions plague at her mind, but the most important of them all? Where was she? Normally she might be able to pick up on a powerful Genjutsu before, but this didn't feel like anything she's studied before. Her body felt unlike her own as she felt something sink to the bottom of her stomach.

[ VIDEO A: EARLY MORNING ]
I don't understand. [ An onslaught of helplessness plagues Sakura and so when the PokeGear is nudged on by accident (she doesn't bother to treat her "belongings" carefully since they aren't her own), she's unaware that the scene is being shown live to so many others. ] This isn't supposed to be... None of this makes sense... I need to return... Naruto--[ The name spoken with more worry and fondness than ever before. ]--just hang on.

[ All of these phrases come in broken and cut abruptly at times, the pack shifting with her movements. When it jerks suddenly and pops out from the pack being placed roughly onto the ground, there's a teenager girl who looks more worn than anything else (those dark spots under her eyes aren't doing much for her looks) clad in a green vest staring down at the PokeGear as though it were a foreign object. To most newcomers in New Bark Town, it usually is foreign. ]

This is? [ Shaking her head, she picks it up and places it back into the pack without knowing any better. A shout for her attention though might keep her from dismissing it entirely. ]

[ VIDEO B: EVENING ]
[ Once Sakura's discovered more about this world (as well as the inevitable "no escape" aspect), it is only appropriate that she gives a more proper introduction. This time though she's without the scratches and scrapes (they're just covered up by her hair and bandages) and she's changed into a fresh pair of clothes. Also of note is the fact her hair is loose with nothing holding it back now, no for now she looks like more peaceful than she did this morning. Holding the PokeGear, it seems she's at least aware of it's purpose now. ]

Hey there, I'm new to this place so I'll ask for your patience in advance if that's alright. My name is Sakura Haruno and there's no need to explain the situation to me--I understand. [ Boldly declaring her name? No, she just knows the PokeGear gives away her full registered name anyway so there's no point in concealing it. ] We're all stuck here no matter what's going on back at home, but if there are theories as to how we can return, let's hear them. I have the time.

[ Plenty of time now, she might add if it didn't feel attention seeking in any way. ] Curiously, do people talk about where they come from here? I'm interested in hearing about other villages if you're not too busy. Huh, that's kind of a personal question too, isn't it? Sorry, sorry. [ Waving her free hand apologetically. ] Been a while since I've had a normal conversation so I'm acting all weird. Anyway, it'd be nice if someone replied to this... anyone, anyone at all really.

[ While she did start off headstrong with her broadcast, by the end of it her voice cracks to indicate how feeble she really is. There's a reason she's not outright traveling like most do on their first day. Behind her is a small room with an ordinary looking bed--an indication that she's retiring somewhere within the starter town for the evening. ]

Well of course something happened! I was fighting that Other-Madara guy, with Kakashi-sensei and Bushybrow-sensei and Bee.

[He's not THAT dumb c'mon, of course he couldn't forget that.]

[ That does sound identical to what was going on when she last left, right? Just a few hours ago... ]

Yeah, I just wanted to make sure was all. [ Exhaustion seeps in and she slowly sits down against the ground, her back now supported by a tree as she rests in the shade. ] So you're alright? Your chakra...

[ Not wanting to openly admit she was having trouble, she'll instead try to figure out if this is a problem he's having as well. ]

[Oh yeah, the chakra thing.]

You can't use chakra here. I dunno how they do it but when you wake up here you're chakra's all gone. You can't even climb trees, let alone use any kind of jutsu! It really sucks.

They don't even let you have weapons here either it's so weird. They'll even arrest you for it.

[ That wasn't what she meant, but she'll give Naruto credit for answering that question she had. ]

No weapons? Is this a peaceful world or are there those here who do have weapons?

[ Shinobi are resourceful, kunoichi blessed to be more so. A hair ornament for example can be used as a weapon in the right situation. A hand idly goes to brush itself through her hair wondering if it's long enough to don such weaponry. ]

Well.. there are a few that secretly make weapons. [Like kunai for example, Naruto was given one by Obito. But only one, they are scarce.]

People think this place is peaceful but it's not. There's these Rocket guys who are the bad guys here and even though everyone just fights using their Pokemon most of the time, there's always gonna be those that want to fight you.

[They're all ninja, the thought that an enemy would just fight against their summoned animals and not them themselves is just laughable.]

Having weapons is fine as long as you don't get caught, yeah?

Naruto, you'd pull out a weapon the moment someone taunted you to do so. [ Flatly said. ] You're going to end up in a lot of trouble if you're not careful!

[ Scolding Naruto makes everything feel alright and familiar at least. ]

Just... be careful. I don't know if I have the resources to get you out of trouble and what would your parents say if you got arrested?

I'm not gonna get arrested again and I haven't pulled a weapon on anyone once!

[A weird request but..alright. He'll look around suspiciously before pulling out the kunai and showing it to her.]

[His head hangs down.]

[ Just allow her to be a little sentimental over this. She just got out of a warzone after witnessing one of the strongest things he's ever said in her presence and now?

Now he's offering to come get her.

Then she'll get to meet his parents and travel with Naruto, his parents, Shino, and Shino's girl. It sounds too good to be true. ]

Of course! I mean, if you wanna come, that is.

[He hopes she will though.]

It'd be great to see you again. [ Sakura please, it has only been a few hours. ] To make sure you're doing alright.

[ And to meet the parents of the best person in the world, of course. ]

I already told you I'm doing alright.. [Hrm. But whatever, he's certainly not going to complain about the fact that she wants to see him.]

[ Soak up the rare amount of dere she has, Naruto.

Yeah! I'll go talk to Tenten about borrowing her Pokemon, then I'll message you again when I'm on my way.

Yeah, real soon hopefully! [It all depends on how soon he can con someone into taking him on a flying trip.]
